Renaissance Salon and Day Spa is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.
Appointments
We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. We do require a card on file to book an appointment with us. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled.
Our Cancellations Policy for all salon & spa services do require more than a 24-hour notice to not be subjected to a charge. If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge. If cancellation is made 12 hours prior to appointment, you will be subject to a full charge, Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Suggestions are always welcome.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.

I have lived in Billings for the last 8 years. You can find me coaching fitness classes, meeting new people and listening to a wide variety of music.
Shelly Bergman
I have been a cosmetologist for over 29 years and have been educated with Goldwell the entire time. I am originally from Washington, owned my own salon for 25 years, and moved to Montana a little over two years ago. You can find me with my husband enjoying the outdoors, boating, fishing, and tidying up our yard and garden.
